As a virtual bookkeeping company, we offer ongoing monthly/quarterly bookkeeping to small and medium-sized business. We primarily use QuickBooks Online to provide services, such as: weekly or monthly income/expense tracking, classifying all your business transactions in the accounting software, reconciliation of all business bank and credit card accounts and any loans, issue cash basis financials at month end (for business owner to use for internal purposes and tax planning).

Additional services available are: payroll, class tracking, accrual accounting, invoicing clients, paying bills, tracking each job's profitability, clean-up work to get historical books in order (sometimes necessary for tax filing/amendments).
